The cartridge must be used in conjunction with the HYRIS bCUBE™ instrument, manufactured and sold by Hyris. It is single-use and must be disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
Materials
Made entirely of aluminium and pure polypropylene. The reaction wells are coated with the same plastic to ensure PCR chemical compatibility.

Sealing
After loading the reagents, the cartridges must be sealed with a special adhesive aluminium foil, supplied with the cartridges.
Production and packaging
HYRIS 16-well cartridges, including all subcomponents, are entirely manufactured in Italy. The cartridges are produced in a clean room and individually sealed in sterile bags. The standard package contains 25 cartridges and 30 sealing sheets.
