Helyx Industries has signed a distribution agreement with altona Diagnostics Italia S.r.l., the Italian subsidiary of altona Diagnostics, an international company specialising in real-time PCR molecular diagnostics.

The agreement covers Vytro solutions for HPV molecular diagnostics and the Hyris bAPP™ software for laboratory data analysis, which altona Diagnostics Italia will distribute to public and private laboratories in Italy. Distribution is exclusive for use in combination with altona’s proprietary platforms.

The agreement extends the use of Hyris bAPP™ beyond Helyx products. The software will also be distributed to altona customers for analysing data generated with altona’s real-time PCR kits, becoming an analysis tool integrated into the workflow of laboratories operating on altona platforms.

The agreement takes effect on 1 November 2026.
